Spring is about to arrive at Roots Coffeehouse! We’re excited to introduce some brand new drinks for our favorite season, plus some old favorites. Read on to be in the know about what’s on this new menu!

Lavender Honey Latte

House-made lavender syrup, local honey, espresso, and milk.

Butterfly Matcha

House-made Blue Milk (made with Butterfly Pea Flower) combined with orange blossom syrup and matcha. Available hot or iced.

Nitro Cold Brew Float

Lavender Marscapone ice cream topped with creamy nitro cold brew.

Rosewood Latte

This season’s plant based signature drink, the Rosewood features rose-almond syrup, espresso, Magic Mylk and it’s topped with rose sugar.

New House-Made Baked Goodies!

Savory scone featuring manchego cheese, sundried tomatoes, and olives.
